PSYC 240 - Foundations of Research Methods in PsychologyUnits: 3 Provides an overview of research methods (descriptive, correlational, experimental) used in psychology, and focuses on increasing student understanding of published research. APA style for writing papers ins presented. Division: Lower Division Requisites: Pre-requisite: PSYC 104 and (PSYC 109 or STAT 108 or STAT 108I or STAT 109 can be taken concurrently). PSYC 241 taken prior to Fall 2022 may be substituted for PSYC 109. Permission to enroll: No Special Consent Required Grading mode: Optional Grade Basis Weekly: Lecture 3 hrs.
