ENGR 317 - Dynamic Systems and VibrationsUnits: 3 Introduction to Newtonian dynamics of rigid bodies; applications to engineering design. Kinematics and dynamics of particles and rigid bodies; conservation laws; vibrations of single degree of freedom systems. Hands-on labs. Division: Upper Division Requisites: Prerequisites: ENGR 205 (ENGR 215 prior to fall 2023), ENGR 210 , MATH 210 , and PHYX 211 . Environmental Resources Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering majors only.
