Introduction to Newtonian dynamics of rigid bodies; applications to engineering design. Kinematics and dynamics of particles and rigid bodies; conservation laws; vibrations of single degree of freedom systems. Hands-on labs.

Requisites: Prerequisites: ENGR 205 (ENGR 215 prior to fall 2023), ENGR 210, MATH 210, and PHYX 211. Environmental Resources Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering majors only.
