Cannabis Studies offers students an opportunity to explore the historical, cultural, social, political, and legal contexts of cannabis through ethnobotanical, social and environmental justice frameworks.

Requirements for the Minor (15 Units)

CANN 120 - Introduction to Cannabis Studies Units: 3
And at least one of:
CANN 202 - Humboldt and Cannabis Units: 3
or
CANN 240 - Global Cannabis Units: 3
And at least one of:
CANN 325 - Cannabis and Social Equity Units: 3
or
CANN 335 - Cannabis and Environmental Sustainability Units: 3

Additionally

Complete 6 additional units of electives from any 3-unit course in the major with a CANN prefix, inclusive of special topics offerings.
