Complete one of the following courses:

SPAN 108 - Level III Heritage Speakers Units: 4
SPAN 108S - Level III Heritage Speakers Units: 4

Spanish Level IV

Complete one of the following courses:

SPAN 207 - Spanish Language & Culture IV Units: 4
SPAN 208 - Level IV Heritage Speakers Units: 4
SPAN 208S - Level IV Heritage Speakers Units: 4

Upper Division (16 Units)

SPAN 310 - Spanish Advanced Oral Skills Units: 3
SPAN 311 - Spanish Level V, Advanced Grammar & Composition Units: 4
SPAN 321 - Advanced Writing Skills Units: 4
SPAN 340 - Critical Reading in Spanish I Units: 3
or
SPAN 341 - Critical Reading in Spanish II Units: 3

Upper Division Electives

Complete a minimum of 2 units from the SPAN 300/400 series.

Students with a Spanish language background who begin above SPAN 106 should take alternative courses, selected in consultation with their minor advisor, in order to meet the minimum 28 units required for the minor.
