GEOL 303 - Environmental GeologyUnits: 3 Origins, occurrence, and limits of important energy, mineral, and water resources. Discussions and lectures employ case studies allowing students to place geologic phenomena in human context, including analysis of natural hazards, climate change, sustainable development, water supply, and mining.
